Bodegas Nueva Valverde are located within the Finca Tejoneras, in the foothills of the Sierra de Gredos in the Community of Madrid, specifically in the region of Villa del Prado.

The vineyards in this area are located on the slopes near the easternmost sector of the Sierra de Gredos, as well as on the floodplains of the Alberche River. This sub-area of San Martín de Valdeiglesias is recognized by the Regulatory Council of the Community of Madrid as a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO).

Nueva Valverde Winery's statement

We strive to produce top quality wines through the use of natural processes, carefully controlling from harvest to bottling in our facilities.

All these factors, together with the meticulous process of care of the vines, harvesting, and manual selection of the grapes, make our wines have a unique flavor and marked character. All our wines are produced with grapes harvested within the framework of the D.O. from Madrid.

Craftmanship

As the quantity of grapes produced by our vineyard is relatively small, most of the processes that have to be carried out to make the wine are purely artisanal. Our expert staff develops the necessary work with skill and respect for nature, always taking the utmost care to protect the purity and quality of the wines we produce at Bodegas Nueva Valverde.

Passion

The decisive component, both in the care of our vineyard and in the subsequent manufacture of our wines, is passion. Passion for the vine, for nature, for the grape; for a job well done, and for the unique feeling that good wine leaves when drunk.

Vision

We strive to produce wines of excellent quality, through the use of primarily natural processes with a marked innovative character, from a sustainable vineyard with a limited surface area.

Our goal is to compete in quality not only with the best wines in Spain, but also with those of the rest of the world, and thus be able to provide excellent wines to the consumer.
